      In order to control and improve poducts quality, we have invested a lot of money on test instruments. As we all know, precision and advanced test instruments are the first condition to control products quality well. At present, our inspection and test power is enough for all order products. Our inspection and test include 3D measuring machine, optical projection comparator, surface roughness tester, 2D optical imaging instrument, universal tool maker’s microscope, hardness tester, micrometer, caliper, pin gauge, thread gauge,etc. most of them were imported from Japan, Switzerland and Germany.

      Moreover, we have over 80 quality control and management workers. they all are well trained, very familiar with machining technology and inspection standards. They have good Q.C skills and enough experience to control products quality well.

      We have set up perfect quality control and management system, and obtained ISO9001&IATF16949 certificate. Trough carrying out production process control and management, we prevent quality accidents to happen, and cut down production costs.
